I’m Simon Ransfield — an LBP Builder with over 20 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality building and maintenance work across Auckland.
Based in Waitakere and working Auckland-wide, I specialise in thoughtful renovations, reliable property maintenance, and well-crafted outdoor structures. Whether it’s a kitchen refresh, a retaining wall, a granny flat, or timber rot repairs, every project is approached with the same attention to detail and respect for your home.
You deal directly with me as owner-operator. For larger or multi-trade projects I provide full project management and coordinate a trusted team of specialist subcontractors — so any task can be handled under one point of contact, with clear advice, honest pricing, and workmanship you can trust.
